John 1:41 (33-42)  The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him…

Luke 5:8 (1-11)  When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees and said, “Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!”

Mat 14:29 (22-33) Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus.

Mat 15:13-20   “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”

Mat 17:4 (1-8)  Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. ,,,

John 21:3 (1-19) “I’m going out to fish” Simon Peter told them    17 Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?”

LET’S READ:   FIRST  PETER

First Peter:     Chapter one:

1-2   To God’s chosen people…   God planned a long time ago to choose you by making you his holy people,  which is the Spirit’s work.  God wanted you to obey him and to be made clean by the blood of the death of Jesus Christ.  Grace and peace be yours…..

3-4  In God’s great mercy he has caused us to be born again into a living hope….

5-7 God’s power protects you through your faith..   troubles come to prove that your faith is pure….

8-9 You are filled with joy that cannot be explained,  a joy full of glory…. receiving the goal of your faith– the salvation of your souls.
