1 Cor: 12:12 … there are many parts to a body, all the parts make one body. Christ is like that also. 27 “ …You are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.”
Eph 1:22-23 “God ..made Christ the head over everything for the church, which is Christ’s body. The Church is filled with Christ, and Christ fills everything in every way.”
Eph 4:16 The whole body depends on Christ and all the parts of the body are joined and held together 17-18 “Do not continue living like those who do not believe... they cannot have the life God gives 22-24 “…become a new person. That new person is made to be like God…. 25 …we all belong to each other in the same body.
James 2:1-9 ….never think some people are more important than others. 9 if you treat one person as being more important than another, you are sinning.”
Col 3:2 “Think only about the things in heaven, not the things on earth.” 3-4 ..your new life is kept with Christ in God. Christ is your life, and when he comes again, you will share in his glory 5-6 So put all evil things out of your life: This is really serving a false god. These things make God angry. 8-9 But now also put these things out of your life:… 10 You have begun to live the new life, …you are being made new and are becoming like the One who made you. This new life brings you the true knowledge of God. 11 …Christ is in all believers, and Christ is all that is important. [Remember: Romans 2:1-4 “If you think you can judge others, you are wrong…..] 12 God has chosen you… loves you…so you should clothe yourselves with…. 14 Even more than all this, clothe yourself in love. Love is what holds you all together in perfect unity. 15 “….you were all called together in one body to have peace. Always be thankful.” 16 Let the teaching of Christ live in you richly. 17 ..in all you do give thanks to God the Father through Jesus.
