John 17: 11 Jesus praying: “….so that they may be one as we are one, just as you and I are one.” 14&16 “…they don’t belong to the world, just as I don’t belong to the world.”
Remember verses on: “seeing yourself , as strangers/ sojourners/ pilgrims” 1 Peter 1:17, Ps 119:19, Ps 84:5, Heb 11:13-16, Phil 3:20 ….
our citizenship is in heaven.
John 17:20-26 “ I pray … that all of them may be one. I pray that they can also be one in us. 22-23 “…that they may be one as we are one– so that they may be brought to complete unity. 26 “I showed them what you are like, … I will live in them.”
1 Cor 12:4-6 … different kinds of gifts… all from same Spirit. …. different ways to serve…same Lord to serve….. different ways God works…but same God. 12:12 … there are many parts to a body, all the parts make one body. Christ is like that also. 27 “ …You are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.”
James 2:1-9 ….never think some people are more important than others. 9 if you treat one person as being more important than another, you are sinning.”

That new person is made to be like God….
Col 3:14 (1-17) “Even more than all this, clothe yourself in love. Love is what holds you all together in perfect unity. 15 “….you were all called together in one body to have peace. Always be thankful.”
