2 Cor 13:5-9  Look closely at yourselves.  Test yourselves to see if you are living in the faith

Psalms 139:23-24  God, examine me and know my heart;  test me and know my anxious thoughts.

1 Thes 5:21-22 But test everything. Keep what is good, and stay away from everything that is evil.

1 Cor 10:9-12   We must not test Christ as some of them did  …. be careful not to fall.

Acts 15:10-11 …why are you testing God …..  ???                (2 Tim 1:9 .God’s purpose and grace)

Heb 13:8-9 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  Your hearts should be strengthened by God’s grace,  not by obeying rules… Think about Jesus 

1 Tim 3:16  Without question, this is the great mystery of our faith:  Christ was revealed in a human body and vindicated by the Spirit.   He was seen by angels …..

Heb 1:1-3 … When the Son made people clean from their sins, he sat down at the right side of God,  the Great One in heaven.

Mark 16:19,       Luke 22:69  …  the Son of Man will sit at the right hand of the powerful God

Heb 8:1-2 … We have a high priest who sits on the right side of God’s throne in heaven.

Heb 10:12  .. after Christ offered one sacrifice for sins, forever, he sat down at the right side of God.

Heb 12:1-2 … And now he is sitting at the right side of God’s throne.


1 John 2:1  we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense— Jesus Christ , the Righteous One.

Romans 8:26-27the Spirit himself intercedes for us ….the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God’s will.

Heb 7:24-25  … he always lives to intercede for them.   

Eph 3:12 In Christ we can come before God with freedom and without fear. We can do this through faith in Christ.

The promise Jesus made:

Mat 10:32  “All those who stand before others and say they believe in me, I will say before my Father in  heaven that they belong to me.”

Luke 12:8 “I tell you, all those who stand before others and say they believe in me, I, the Son of Man, will say before the angels of God that they belong to me.”


Acts 7:55-56  I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.
