Grace is Greater Than All Our Sin

GRACE IS GREATER THAN ALL OUR SIN

2 Cor 5:21  Christ had no sin, but God made him become sin so that in Christ we could become right with God.

Romans 8:3 ...He sent his own Son to earth with the same human life that others use for sin.  By sending his Son to be an offering for sin,  God used a human life to destroy sin.

2 Peter 1:3   Jesus has the power of God, by which he has given us everything we need to live and to serve God. We have these things because we know him.  

1 Cor 2:12 ..we did not receive the spirit of this world, but we received the Spirit that is from God

Romans 8:15-16  The Spirit we received does not make us slaves again to fear;……       (2 Tim 1:7)

2 Cor 4:7  .. but we are like clay jars…  This shows that the great power is from God, not from us.

Romans 12:2   Do not be shaped by this world…               Phil 2:5       think and act like Jesus 

2 Cor 6:1 … so we beg you:  Do not let the grace that you received from God be for nothing.

Romans 1:28   People did not think it important to have a true knowledge of God. 

             So God left them and allowed them to have their own worthless thinking…

Heb 3:12 ..be careful that none of you has an evil, unbelieving heart  that will turn you away from the living God.  

2 Cor 13:5   Look closely at yourselves.   Test yourselves to see if you are living in the faith.

Psalms 26:2   LORD, try me and test me;   look closely into my heart and mind.

Psalms 139: 23-24 God,  examine me and know my heart;  test me and know my anxious thoughts.   See if there is any bad thing in me.  Lead me on the road to everlasting life.

James 1:2-4  … because you know that these troubles test your faith…..

1 Peter 4:12-17 …. do not be surprised at the trouble which now comes to test you.

1 Thes 5:21  But test everything.  Keep what is good,  and stay away from everything that is evil.

1 John 4:1  … So do not believe every spirit,  but test the spirits to see if they are from God.

Mat 22:35  A Pharisee, who was an expert on the law of Moses, asked Jesus this question to test him.

Luke 10:25  an expert on the law stood up to test Jesus…..
