Freedom In

FREEDOM IN:  THE WAY,  THE TRUTH,  THE LIFE

John 14:6-7   I am the way, and the truth, and the life.  The only way to the Father is through me.

1 Tim 2:5-6  There is one God and one mediator.…. He gave himself as a payment to free all people.

Acts 4:12   Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.

Heb 9:12    His sacrifice …. set us free from sin  forever.

John 8:36  So if the Son makes you free, you will be truly free.    

Luke 8:18 (nlt) “So pay attention to how you hear.  To those who listen to  my teaching,  more understanding will be given.  

 2 Cor 3:17    The Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is,  there is freedom.

Eph 3:12    In Christ we can come before God with freedom and without fear.  We can do this through faith in Christ.   (9-12)             John 6:28-29

Romans 3:22-24  God makes people right with himself through their faith in Jesus Christ..…They need to be made free from sin through Jesus Christ.

Romans 4:5 (nlt) But people are counted as righteous, not because of their work, but because of their faith in God who forgives sinners.  (ncv)

Gal 3:22- 4:9  Before this faith came ..  We had no freedom until God showed us the way of faith that was coming.

Gal 5:1 We have freedom now,  because Christ made us free.  So stand strong. Do not change and go back into the slavery of the law.

1 Cor 1:30 (nlt)  Christ made us right with God;   he made us pure and holy,  and he freed us from sin.          Titus 3:3-5

1 Cor 8:9-13  Be careful that your freedom does not cause those who are weak in faith to fall into sin.

1 Cor 10:23-24  We are allowed to do all things, but not all things are good for us to do….

1 Peter 2:16-17  Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as an excuse to do evil. Live as servants of God.

Gal 5:13-15  …God called you to be free, but do not use your freedom as an excuse to do what pleases (your flesh.)    The whole law is made complete in this one command: Love your neighbor as you love yourself.
